NCI is qualified to develop solar projects for enterprises and government clients. Additionally, we have partnered with residential developers to include the option for homeowners to invest in their own home solar energy system. Since the company’s establishment in 1996, the NCI multifamily division has successfully built and renovated approximately 20,000 apartment units throughout Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. Siding, roofing, windows, and gutters have been our core business drivers at NCI for over twenty years.

Our client’s roofs are the primary security measure for the entire real estate asset; therefore, NCI treats our client’s assets like they are our own. Following the inspection, we assist our clients in the insurance claim process; using our years of experience with insurance claims to help ease confusion and get our clients the highest quality restoration for their property. NCI will work with our client’s insurance company to replace your roof, gutters, and/or siding after storm damage has occurred.
