Work at The Eddy Apartments is Underway
The Eddy Apartments is a new multifamily project. Roofing and siding will be done with Hourigan Construction. Roofing will start at the end of July. Siding will start in August.
Making Headway on The NEED Project
The NCI solar team has completed 3/5 solar array installations for schools across Virginia.
Boulders Lakeview Project Nearing Completion
Phase 2 of a two phase apartment complex is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.
New Residential Project – The Townes at Innsbrook Square
NCI will be installing roofing and siding on new townhomes going in off Broad St. in Short Pump.
New Residential Project – The Point at Twin Hickory
At The Point at Twin Hickory, NCI will be installing roofing and siding for 105 condominium homes.
New Eddy Apartments Project in Downtown Richmond
New apartment buildings covering approximately 205,000 square feet and consisting of 177 units. The project is located off of E. 2nd downtown. NCI will be installing siding, TPO membrane roofing and concrete pavers for courtyards.
Saunders Office Project Kicking-Off on Grove Ave.
New commercial office building to start construction on Grove Ave. NCI will be installing siding, TPO membrane roof and rooftop patio of porcelain pavers.
