This contract is a partnership between Clark and Pinnacle for the U.S. Army. The contract amount is $17M. We are building total 2,070 military homes in numerous villages such as Gerber/ Fairfax/ Jadwin/ Herryford/ G.W./ Rossell. The estimated project completion date is around December, 2011.

Andrews Air Force Base

Contract Amount:$3.5M
Air Mobility Command East (AMCEast), is a partnership between the Department of the Air Force and Clark.
This six-year project will provide 200 new residential units, 215 renovated residential units, and one historic renovation at Andrews Air Force Base.
The first phase of construction rehabilitates 198 dilapidated duplex units on Perimeter Road with 134 new duplex and single-family homes at Andrews Air Force Base.
