Founded as a minority owned business in 1996, Northeast has been in the construction industry during the past 16 years under the business motto: "We are fully responsible for the project once we have a contract with our client". We are committed to providing high-quality, responsive services backed by a significant capacity and unsurpassed resources.

Based upon achievements and competitiveness in not only Richmond but also Hampton and Virginia Beach, Northeast has expanded its business area to Northern Virginia where we are focusing on Government and Military projects. We are dedicated to becoming the best construction in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Targeting being the best construction company in the U.S., Northeast starts building up the cornerstone by hiring people with potential and by providing competitive services.

In addition, spurred by social consciousness, Northeast has provided support and services for Korean War Veterans, single elderly people and local communities. It will continue to honor its responsibility to those people.
